Welcome to Ridge & Valley Tours! We are delighted to have you join us. It is our goal to share the history and beauty of Southwest Wisconsin with visitors in a fun and informative way. We are your Richland County area tour experience partners. We have great local experience options from spring to fall with our UTV tours on local farms and in winter with our snowshoe experiences and rentals. Now that we have reached the warmer temperatures, we are venturing into UTV Farm Tour Season!

During the spring thru fall months, we strive to represent the diversity of agriculture in Wisconsin while promoting the family-farm ethic. We also love to share the good food and the stories of our food producers in the Driftless region! Through a Ridge and Valley Tour experience, you will be entertained and informed with an energetic tour of local farms and agri-businesses. As an added effort, we enjoy educating our guests on the unique Karst geology in the Driftless area. We especially enjoy connecting our tour participants with a hands-on experience on the farms whenever possible.

We can book your custom tour with a little advanced notice. We utilize our Kawasaki Ranch Edition UTV for our tours. It is a great way to experience the winding backroads of Richland County and enjoy a full-sensory experience. We always do our best to work with our guest’s schedules to offer a tour. Just contact us by e-mail at ridgeandvalleytours@gmail.com and tell us your dates and interests and we can come up with an experience just for your group of up to 5 people. Or you can call us at (608) 630-2452.

Our tours can include between 3-4 stops, with locally produced food samples along the way. This adds the flexibility to customize the tour to a group’s specific interests. There are always a few extra stops for photo ops and some storytelling about local legends and history that may, or may not, be factual. Our tour guides and operators like to keep it fun, and casual and will do their best to cater to the interests of the group.

We love doing our UTV Tours and introducing our guests to the people of the Greater Richland Area! We have a very beautiful, 6-passenger Kawasaki Ranch edition UTV that is decked out in style. You will enjoy a covered roof and windshield that will protect you from the wind & elements while enjoying the fresh air as you get an up-close view of the Driftless countryside. You will be entertained by your guide, Marty or Teri, for over 3-4 hours. We take you on some of the most remote backroads in our county to show you views not normally seen by the average guests to our area.

We ask you to wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions as you will be outside. If you have longer hair, we suggest having it in a ponytail and secured. We provide water for your tour as well.  We can custom design these tours to go to farms, cheese factories, and orchards.

For more information, and design suggestions of a tour, please feel free to reach out to us at (608) 630-2452, or by email at ridgeandvalleytours@gmail.com.

During the winter you can follow our snowshoe reports in our News section, and connect with us on our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. If you would like contact Marty or Teri you may do so on the contact page.

Finally, at Ridge and Valley tours, we strive to epitomize “Wisconsin-nice”.  As international travelers, it has become very clear to us that our state and area are recognized as home to some of the nicest people on the planet!
